SHIPPING POLICY
We ship across India and select international destinations. Here's everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.
Dispatch Timeline
- ◆Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST are processed the same day.
- ◆Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST or on Sundays/holidays are processed the next business day.
- ◆All orders ship within 48 hours of confirmation. Drops & pre-orders ship within 7 business days from drop release.
Delivery Timelines (India)
- ◆Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days.
- ◆Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days.
- ◆Remote / North-East / J&K / Andaman: 7–10 business days.
Shipping Charges
- ◆FREE shipping on orders ₹1,499 and above.
- ◆Standard shipping: ₹99 for orders below ₹1,499.
- ◆Cash on Delivery (COD): additional ₹49 handling fee, available on orders below ₹3,000.
- ◆ELMNTS Club PRO and ELITE members get free priority shipping on every order.
Courier Partners
- ◆We ship via Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Ekart, and India Post depending on serviceability of your pincode.
- ◆Courier is assigned automatically at the time of dispatch. You can track your shipment from your Orders page or via the link sent in the dispatch SMS/email.
International Shipping
- ◆We currently ship to UAE, Singapore, UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.
- ◆International delivery: 7–14 business days.
- ◆Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are borne by the buyer and not included in the order total.
- ◆International orders are non-returnable but eligible for replacement of manufacturing defects within 15 days.
